Though the concept and idea are good, the bill itself is flawed in its writing, leaving many questions unanswered and creating an unsustainable burden on the Department of Health and Welfare. It remains to be picked up by another councilmember and rewritten before being presented again as a new bill.

The bill created yet another burden on the Department of Health and Welfare that cannot currently handle the load that would come with this proposal. Concerns were also raised regarding the budget allocated and the total number of people who would be able to benefit from this proposal (very few compared to the total population of Los Santos).
